Organic Hairy Gourd - 毛瓜

Delicately sweet and remarkably hydrating, our Organic Hairy Gourd (also known as Fuzzy Melon, Jointed Gourd, or 毛瓜) is sustainably harvested from certified organic farms across Malaysia and Thailand.

Available in Size M (300g–500g) and Size L (500g–700g), these chemical-free gourds feature soft downy hairs and tender flesh that readily absorb rich culinary flavors. Peel and stir-fry them with glass noodles and dried shrimp, braise them in savory pork rib broths, or steam them stuffed with minced meat for a wholesome, comforting meal!
