1. Where do our produces come from?
Our produces are all sourced from our neighbouring countries of Cameron Highlands as well as Thailand. All of the produces passes through stringent checks and also are organically certified.

2. Ordering timings and dates:
Our delivery dates are every Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday from 12pm - 7pm, depending on the location. Orders that are purchased and placed after 5pm would be slotting in to the next delivery date of delivery.
If there is any discrepancy with your delivery date that you need clarification, please feel free to contact us through any of our digital platforms and we would be happy to assist you.
3. Refunds and Payments:
With regards to payments, upon checking out the amount would not be deducted from your card instead it would be put on hold. Upon delivery, the final amount that is reflected on your invoice will be deducted from you card. If there is items which is unsatisfactory, please let us know and we would assist you as soon as possible.
4. Restocking:
For our restocks, we restock in curated amounts everyday at about 10pm. This is due to the scheduling time of the cargoes as well as our harvest.

5. Refund Policy:
For credit card payment, refund will take 3-5 working days.
For payment that is made by PayNow, we will refund as soon as we process your order.
