TERM AND CONDITIONS:

1. Free delivery for puchases above $60.00, otherwise a sub-charge of $12.00 will be imposed.
2. Fresh produces are subjected to availability without prior notice.
3. Prices are subjected to alteration without prior notice due to market fluctuation.
4. Delivery time in the AFTERNOON ONLY (12-6pm) and may vary due to traffic conditions & unforeseen events. Call us for an estimated location time.
5. Delivery dates are on Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday & Sunday only.
6. Please fax/email your orders at least 1 day before the delivery date by 5.00pm

8. All orders are to be paid via Credit card online. 
9. Organic Fruits changes every week, do drop us a SMS at 9780 8400 on the freshest fruits we have.
10. Organic Fruits are subject to availability due to season.
11. Misappropriate use of promocode will not be fulfill or refund.
12. In our sole and absolute discretion, we may with immediate effect upon giving you notice, terminate your use of the Platform and/or Services and/or disable your Username and Password. We may bar access to the Platform and/or Services (or any part thereof) for any reason whatsoever, including a breach of any of these Terms of Use or where if we believe that you have violated or acted inconsistently with any terms or conditions set out herein, or if in our opinion or the opinion of any regulatory authority, it is not suitable to continue providing the services relating to the Platform.
