Kale is a superfood, but some people may not be used to its distinct flavour. Here’s a recipe that turns this green superfood into an appetising, tangy and spicy side dish that’s perfect with rice or noodles!
- 1 bunch kale, chopped, stems removed as much as possible
- 1/2 tbsp tom yum paste
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
Heat up oil in wok, add garlic and tom yum paste, fry till fragrant. Add kale, stir fry for 2 mins or so until kale shrinks and releases juices. Serve hot with rice or noodles.
