Homemade condiments for your organic fruits and vegetables this holiday season! Quan Fa Organic Farm is working together with private dining spot Wei Private Kitchen for the month of December, pairing some of our popular fruits and vegetables with specially concocted condiments. Freshly made without preservatives, the sauces are ready to be added right out of the bottle to blanched vegetables or drizzled over salad greens, and the spiced sugar can be used to accompany your favourite fruits.

Fermented Beancurd Sauce
Ingredients: Fermented Beancurd, Organic Ginger, Organic Chili, Sugar, Sunflower Oil
How To Use: Warm slightly and add to blanched or stir-fried green leafy vegetables like spinach or kalian
Vegetarian XO Sauce
Ingredients: Thai Pickled Radish, Dried Chili, Organic Garlic, Shallots, Salt, Pepper, Sugar, Sunflower Oil
How To Use: Great as a topping for fried rice or noodles, or sprinkled over steamed cabbage or lady’s finger
Spiced Fruit Sugar
Ingredients: Organic Chili Padi, Organic Lime Zest, Sugar, Salt, Plum Powder
How To Use: Best eaten with fruits like guava, pineapple or watermelon
