Quan Fa Organic Farm’s online order privacy policies
* The Seller agrees and undertakes to accept any return of goods sold through the Site if the goods are defective, not of satisfactory quality, fitness or purpose. The Seller, if received any monies paid by the Buyer for such goods, agrees to refund to the Buyer such monies within seven (2) days of the Buyer’s return of such goods.
* We will refund to the Buyer the price paid for the goods in the event that the goods are defective, not of satisfactory quality, fitness or purpose, provided that:
* the Buyer notifies us in writing of the defects complained of through the Sites within seven (2) days of confirmation of delivery of the goods; and
* the Buyer delivers the returned goods to the Seller within seven (2) days of confirmation of delivery of the goods.
* We will not bear any charges incurred by the Buyer during the process of return.
* All refunds will be credited without interest into the same credit card account that was used for the order within sixty (60) days of the Seller confirming that they have received the returned goods.
* The Buyer and the Seller shall have no claim whatsoever against us for any payment hereunder.
