Heat a pan with a tablespoon of oil over medium heat. Add radish with soy sauce, salt and garlic. Cook for 4 - 5 minutes. Keep stirring till radish is soft and translucent.\u003cbr\u003e2. Add 3 tbsp water. Reduce heat to medium low, cover pan and cook for 3 - 4 minutes or till radish reaches your preferred softness. Taste at this point and adjust seasoning as desired. Turn off the heat, add the sesame oil, sesame seeds and pepper flakes to taste and mix gently. Garnish with spring onions.
