Radish, Carrot & Sweetcorn Soup- 白萝卜玉米汤- 大根とコーンのスープ

Include:
Radish no leaf 400g+
Carrot 1s pack
Sweetcorn 2pc


Ingredients:

• 2 Corn, cut into 3 sections each
• 2 Carrot, cut into chunks
• 1 Radish, cut into chunks
• 6 - 8 Red Dates
• a small spoonful of Wolfberries
• 300g Pork Ribs
• 2 litre Wter
• Salt to taste

Cooking steps:

1. Blanched pork ribs.
2. Add all ingredients in pot. 
3. Bring it to a boil and reduce to a simmer for 2 hours.
4. Add wolfberries during last 1/2 hour of cooking.
5. Add salt to taste.
6. Serve.
